Priviti Capital Corporation is pleased to announce that Priviti Oil & Gas Opportunities Limited Partnership 2013 has closed its initial public offering of Class A Units and Class F Units of the Partnership for gross proceeds of $17,645,190.00. Funds raised by the Partnership will be invested in a portfolio of securities of private and public companies that operate in the Canadian oil and gas sector.
